Our clients were building a new property on their land and asked us to complete all stages of groundworks up to DPC

Our clients wanted their existing garage demolished and new extension added to the property

Large volumes of water had accumulated around a shallow footing causing subsidence on one of the external walls

The client wanted this shed removed to make space for a larger double garage with finished floor

The client needed 600 tonne dug out to install new crate soak away system and rain water harvesting tank 

With a natural spring at the top of the hill and the ground consisting of blue clay, the groundwater on this project was a slight challenge
